Owen was going to own multiple chalets that he would rent to tripers in the area. Once a long time ago, the land the chalets are on belonged to a friend’s father. But, after his death, his friend chose to plant trees & leave it alone. The area had become this charming forest, & even changed the period of the whole location. When his friend was getting ready to sell the land, Owen put in an offer. His friend agreed to sell him the land with all the trees. Soon after, Owen began to build chalets & idea his triping business. Now, he is almost at opening afternoon, & the locale is already fully booked. His only issue was a faulty heat pump that Owen had to sort out fast. He discovered the faulty heat pump a afternoon before guests were set to arrive & stay at the chalets. So, Owen iphoned his friend who is a heating & cooling specialist. She agreed to drive up to the chalets & help repair the faulty heat pump. But, she didn’t want to be paid in money for the job. Instead, she insisted Owen inform her when a chalet is available so she can head over there with her fiance. Owen agreed & was so glad his friend agreed to repair the faulty heat pump, but everything was all set to go when the first guests arrived at the trip chalets. Since it was summer, all the chalets had heat pumps running to ensure the interior was nice & cool for the guests.
