It is getting a lot colder now and playing music in the streets is going to be a bit chilly.
I would love to have one of those portable gas heaters that you can take with you to stay warm.
I’m not sure what they cost but I bet the heating supplier has a few of them in stock. I think I have a little extra money in the bank right now so if I can find one that I like I may just go ahead and buy it. I think a nice little portable heating device would help me a lot when I am drumming in the cold weather. My friend Danny plays guitar next to me and it would probably keep him warm as well. There are a few local businesses where we could play inside and I think they would also pay us for it. Most of the places have central heating and cooling so it would be a lot more comfy to play in there and stay warm this winter. I still like to play outside because there is an energy to playing outside that you can’t get when holed up in some small dive bar in town. We also can do some gigs at this heating corp because they have a stage for doing shows and the owner is quite keen on us playing there. I think a lot of doors are going to open up for us in the near future so I am not too worried about hitting a roadblock with our musical journey.
