Business has been fantastic the last 6 weeks… I’ve had to turn down a couple of commercial tasks because I don’t have the labor.
I dislike to turn down work, because our purchasers need to guess that they can count on myself and others always. I thought it might be a fantastic idea to hire someone modern to help out, every one of us have a lot of trouble getting employees to labor on the weekends. I went through a stock of applications Last weekand I found a couple of guys and gals that looked care about they might fit in well. I finally hired a modern employee to labor at the Heating and A/C repair business, however the modern employee has a lot of experience, but most of that experience is in residential work, then commercial and Industrial heating and AC repairs are different from residential work. They require more time and precision. I had the modern guy laboring with one of our best techs this week. I wanted the guy to get a recognize for the way that the two of us do things, but my employee said that the modern guy does not seem care about he knows exactly what he is doing and that means that the two of us are going to need to train the guy a little bit more before he can be out there on his own. I thought that I hired someone who can hit the ground running, but it looks care about this guy is going to need a couple of weeks of laboring with a trained and outdated employee before he’s going to be able to get out there on his own and handle complications the way I had hoped.
