My spouse and I ordered a portable heating and cooling unit online, and both of us looked at a lot of weird heating and cooling units before we chose this identifiable make and model, some of the more fancy units had weird features, but we settled on the heating and cooling unit that we did because of the ease of use, portability, and size.
When the heating and cooling unit arrived, we were not disappointed by the way that it looked. It was actually lightweight and the wheels were made of a sturdy plastic that wasn’t going to break unless we purposely smashed the legs. The heating and cooling unit was also actually stylish and sleek. It looked enjoy stainless steel on the outside. The buttons on the top were actually simple to see. The only problem with the portable heating and cooling unit was the fact that the booklet did not explain any of the features. The online website described seven or eight weird features and the booklet did not talk about any of them… My spouse and I were actually confused, so we decided to call the telephone number listed on the booklet for concernshooting. That’s when we found out that we did not buy the make and model that included all of those features. Both of us were entirely disappointed when we found out that we did not get the same product that was described online. The 2 of us considered sending it back, but it entirely did look nice and it was 1 of the quietest machines that I have ever heard. Both of us decided to keep it even though it wasn’t exactly what we wanted and they provided us a $50 rebate gift card.
