They really go that extra mile for me no matter what.
The last time I needed to have a heating and air conditioning tune up and check up I needed a special time to have it done rather than the usual 3 hour time window wait. And my independent heating and air conditioning specialist was very flexible and made it a point to set it for the exact time that I needed it. He even arrived right on the minute! I have never seen that with any heating and air conditioning specialist before. I am so lucky I have such a wonderful heating and air conditioning specialist that I can rely on and always call when I need them. Most heating and air conditioning specialists would never be as flexible and helpful as this guy is. At least that has been my experience in the past with heating and air conditioning specialists until this guy. If you were to ask a request like that from a local heating and air conditioning company they would not do it or not care if they lost the business. This is one of the reasons I prefer dealing with an independent heating and air conditioning specialist. Because independent heating and air conditioning specialists are always very personable. But what my current heating and air conditioning specialist just did with the special time appointment was just amazing! Really great.
