Work inside commercial HVAC office

Man, the heating and air conditioning supplier actually did save my bacon, however had he not come up with an immediate and workable solution to an heating and air conditioning situation I should have known about, it would have been bad.

This past fall, I took early retirement when it was given by my dealer, but I can’t say that I was all that shocked to get the buy out.

The pandemic actually put a strain on the dealer I had worked for for 30 years. Even the executives of the dealer had to leave the zone controlled heating and air conditioning to work from home, we did our best however we were already falling behind in market share before the global health crisis. So when we went back to work inside the commercial heating and air conditioning of the office, I was not surprised to be given early retirement. I took it and was cheerful to try to start something that was a bit of a passion of mine anyway. I’ve always been handy with home projects so I decided to buy a few rental properties, renovate them and then rent them, and my genuinely first home was purchased not too long after I retired. It was a two room starter home that I then got to work on. I ripped almost everything out of there in fact, but I left the heating and cooling up to the heating and air conditioning professionals, although I should have evaluated the air duct instead of assuming that it would be fine. I had already signed a renter and had a month to finish with the heating and air conditioning substitute. That’s when the heating and air conditioning supplier saved me. The air duct was trash so he was able to immediately pivot to several ductless heat pumps for quality heating and air inside my first rental property.
