When I woke up this afternoon, I could feel a little bit of asthma, and I think it might be related to dust or pollen.
Though I need to make sure I fix the problem quickly because I need great lungs for singing, I will figure it out.
Thursday is here, there are lots of people on the beach right now, and I want to go there and go for a run soon. To finish these articles and perform my yoga session, I will need more time. I want to go there to see if they have any media air cleaners for sale because the local business nearby sells heating and air conditioning units. I believe that if I take care of the air in my apartment, my asthma will subside fairly quickly. I’ll find out how much a whole-home media air cleaner costs and if I can afford it. I have to be careful to choose the one that best fits my apartment from among the many odd ones available. I already have a furnace filter and a HEPA filter in my air conditioner, but I think it would be great to have yet another layer of security in my case. I believe I did some damage to my lungs when I contracted the stupid virus, which is why they have been a little sketchy ever since I got Covid a couple of years ago. Anyway, all I can do right now is work to improve the air quality inside my apartment. I’m hoping the work I do pays off.
