Don’t block air vents

For the longest time, I could not figure out why my bedroom just didn’t seem to be as well ventilated as the rest of my house, however i was constantly changing out the air filter for my heating & A/C system.

I would constantly change out the air filter once every 2 months without fail.

I knew that couldn’t be the problem… Furthermore, I had just recently had an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman to come out & check the refrigerant levels, then sure enough, the refrigerant was at optimal levels. I also knew that my ductworks were not to blame either, as they had been recently tested & cleaned & found to be in laboring order afterwards. It wasn’t until I realized that I should take a look around the bedroom to see where the air vents were sited that I discovered the issue; The greatest air vent in the bedroom was behind the couch! I hadn’t even thought of that when I had been placing furniture when my friend and I moved in a few months prior. I slapped my hand to my forehead when I realized that a vent cannot be clogged or hindered by an object if you expect to have powerful & even air flow throughout a house. The trouble was, I unquestionably liked where the couch was sited. I shrugged & decided it wouldn’t be so awful to move it off to the side a little bit, however over time, after unblocking the air vent, My wifey & I actually noticed a difference in the bedroom. The cooling was even & comfortable!
