The walk-in closet had its own Heating, Ventilation & A/C

I had been a realtor for many years, and I believed I had encountered all the peculiarities that could be encountered when listing a house.

When I visited an older residence on the opposite side of town, I realized I was mistaken about the oddities.

The owners called my personal number and inquired as to whether I would be interested in selling their residence. Two mornings later, I went to their address and was astounded by the size of their home. There were six home offices, seven bathrooms, and a formal home office. I could not envision two people living alone in that home, which is why they were selling. They informed me that they had a large combined family, and that when all nine children were present, they required ample space. Now, they desired to sell the house and purchase a smaller dwelling. I completed my proper walk-through and assumed everything was normal until I reached the walk-in closet in the master home office. The walk-in closet was equipped with its own HVAC system. I stood in the center of the closet and observed the wall-mounted heating units. She told me she used the room as a sanctuary, and her partner installed ductless heating, ventilation, and air conditioning inside. With nine children in the house, she must have sought tranquility on numerous occasions. She shrugged and declared herself spoiled. Having your own Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning system would be a privilege, but who am I to judge? I believed that the HVAC system in the walk-in closet could be a major selling point for the house.
