I tried to pull the a/c unit for the residing room out into the residing room on a cart.
It was the middle of May, plus the temperatures were finally beginning to feel like Spring. I knew it would soon be time to install the window a/c units. I thought it was an Old Wive’s Tale when someone said that Memorial Day was when nature flipped the switch plus turn summer time on, and one day the temperatures were in the seventies plus the next day it was eighties plus nineties. The older I get, the more I understand what they are saying, july 1st is the first day of summer time if you go by the weatherman. I wanted to have my a/c units installed before the temperatures coincided with the time of year. I called my son plus asked him to help me install the window a/c units, although he was toiling all weekend… My child had plans with her partner, plus my partner had just harmd his back. I was sure I was going to be suffocating from heat before the window a/c units were installed. I tried to pull the a/c unit for the residing room out into the residing room on a cart. The problem was that I got it out there, although I could not get it off the cart. I picked up the AC unit for the home office plus had it in the window, although I was hurting so badly from the window dropping on my hand that I was afraid to try installing another AC unit. Ten minutes later, my son plus child both called to ask if I could use their help the next day. I could not say yes fast enough.
