I just recently got a smart thermostat for my home.
And with me being older and not up to date on all the latest and hippest in heating and air conditioning technology I have to say that I had one hell of a time figuring out how to use this smart thermostat. The hardest part of it all was having to figure out how to get the cell phone app that you use to control and program the programmable smart thermostat to work! I simply was not understanding the concept of how to do this. Because of that fact, I had to call my local heating and air conditioning company to send out one of their fully certified heating and air conditioning specialists for a heat and a/c home services call to come and get my smart thermostat fully working. It cost me a few hundred bucks for this, but I have to tell you that it was well worth it for an old guy like me! Because the heating and cooling specialist made me understand how to work the smart thermostat and now that I know, it is fully up and running and I can also tell you that it is wonderful! Having this smart thermostat is the best thing I have ever done in a very long time. It has made running my central heating and air conditioning unit much easier than it has ever been in all of my life, and not to mention, the smart thermostat is saving me money on my monthly energy bills as well!
