I have lived in my towncondo for about two years now.
- I honestly like living here plus I don’t plan on moving anytime soon.
My parents want me to buy my own place, but I have honestly been enjoying renting these past few years. I savor that I don’t have to pay for anything out of pocket when something in the condo breaks, but last week, my Heating plus Air Conditioning system stopped laboring. I woke up in the middle of the night hot plus realized that my Heating plus Air Conditioning system wasn’t blowing any freezing air. So, I called my landlord plus he sent out an Heating plus Air Conditioning worker to have the Heating plus Air Conditioning system repaired, however unluckyly, for my landlord the entire Heating plus Air Conditioning system was going to have to be upgraded plus I knew that it would cost a ton of currency. I was so thankful that I didn’t have to pay to have the Heating plus Air Conditioning system upgraded once I saw how much it was going to cost. This is one of the main reasons that I don’t want to own my own home. I just could not imagine having to pay for things like this out of pocket. I feel bad for my landlord, however when I talked to him about it he said that it was worth it to own your own property. I suppose there is more than one way to see things, but I don’t know how he feels this way after looking at the Heating plus Air Conditioning bill. I could not imagine paying that much currency to have the Heating plus Air Conditioning system upgraded!
