Periodically I feel like I have the worst luck in the world, however i just can’t make the right decisions as I try to navigate this world, and it seems like no matter how educated and logical I try to be while making major choices, they most often result in the worst case scenario; For instance, when I needed to buy a new car I spent a year researching the most reliable models that held their value over time, scouted the vehicle market for six months, and finally made my purchase after having a mechanic check the car out.
- Less than a month after the purchase, the engine blew out, but a genuinely similar situation happened with the dwelling I recently bought, but here, I thought i was doing everything right when I conducted months of housing market research, including dwelling taxes and future area growth.
I had professionals come check out the home’s infrastructure, HVAC system, and dwelling lines, then everything evaluated out; Until I moved in and the entire heating and cooling system failed on me immediately. I swear to you, it was less than five weeks before the temperature control system stopped operating entirely. I called out the same heating and cooling professional who had evaluated the ventilation system before I moved in, and he told me it was a freak accident that my HVAC system had failed. He kindly provided me with quotes for brand new central heating and cooling plans, and I was so lucky that the bank offered me a high interest loan to pay off the large investment.
