There is the main house plus a small apartment house next to it, plus I think I can get $674 for my cut, which would pay my rent plus utilities each month over here where I am residing overseas; Then I could work some furnace installations at the local corporation plus pay for my food plus spending money each month with no problem. I will do this for another six years plus then I will get about $1000 a month in SS benefits, if they are still around! I may start up my own fireplace sales corporation if I am motivated plus do that part time while I play music in my band plus ride out the rest of my years in style.
