My hands are finally warm again as I type away on my old keyboard.
I just listened to my mom’s voice messages & really miss the old gal.
I guess I’ll give her a call tomorrow evening & chew the fat for a bit. I want to see how she is doing & what is going on in her world with my stepdad. I am going to maybe go back there this Summer to toil on a rental dwelling & try to lock in $760 a month in income from it. I manage the dwelling for my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C rep brother, who is residing on the other side of the planet, & I guess I can raise the rent & get a wonderful chunk each month for managing the temperature controlled houses. There is the main dwelling & a small apartment dwelling next to it, & I guess I can get $760 for my cut, which would pay my rent & utilities each month over here where I am residing overseas. Then I could toil some boiler installations at the local business & pay for my food & spending currency each month with no problem. I will do this for another six years & after that I will get about $1000 a month in SS benefits, if they are still around! I may start up my own fireplace sales business if I am motivated & do that part time while I play rock n roll in my band & ride out the rest of my years in style.
