I have a difficult time believing that it only a couple weeks away from Christmas.
It wasn’t until I was looking at the Farmer’s Almanac that I realized that the years is more than half over already.
The Farmer’s Almanac was giving its yearly prediction for how the Wintertide is going to be this year. It is calling for cold as well as cold. I had to laugh because in this section of the country, it is consistently cold as well as cold in the winter. My spouse as well as I were discussing what both of us were going to do for the annual Christmas party. I knew that the first thing both of us had to do was to have the chimney cleaned for the fireplace. It seems that if the fireplace is burning when the guests arrive, they are all disappointed. No 1 notices the Christmas tree if I forget to have it lit, but they all notice the fireplace. The fireplace lends a cheerfulness to the celebration that makes everyone cheerful. Once both of us have called the chimney sweep, I assume both of us need to call the Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C supplier as well as make sure our gas furnace is cleaned I also need to look at our calendar a bit more closely. I suppose that it may also be that I need to have the ductwork cleaned as well as sanitized. I suppose I still have several weeks to worry about the Christmas party, however I have things to assume about in between. Both of us have the State Fair which I contribute to, then there is Halloween as well as Thanksgiving, which is 1 of our favorite holidays. The next several weeks are going to fly by quicker than the last several weeks.
