I work as a personal trainer at the gym in town. I enjoy my tasks because I can really make a difference in people’s lives. I will frequently get people coming to me saying they’re desperate. They’re overweight and have tried all sorts of diet programs, but they can’t stick to anything, so they end up leaving any gym they were at. I make it my mission to get these people into shape, motivated plus feeling wonderful about themselves. Anytime a lady starts exercising it is awful. She’s sore in current areas and taking time out of her day to work out seems terrible! However, once she gets over that hurdle, working out is addicting. It’s a wonderful thing to do every day, working on muscle training, cardio, balance plus coordination has more benefits than simply looking good. What about tripping over a curb or slipping on ice? People who are out of shape can’t catch their body weight and can seriously hurt themselves. And how about people who are overweight with higher blood pressure, heart complications plus joint pain? Getting into shape is wonderful for overall health and safety. Also, all my clients get a social element with their fitness class too. I do a ton of whole group instruction and everyone interacts with each other. It’s wonderful for these people to get out and about with others with similar mindsets. It’s great seeing my students gain a lot more confidence and happiness in life.
