Back when our siblings & I were younger, both of us used to bump heads all the time, one of the worst things was fighting over the climate control settings, but all of us all wanted to the temperature control settings to be unusual so I would crank up the a/c while our siblings would readjust the temperature control settings so the oil furnace would engage.
After all this fighting over the control unit, eventually both of us caused the Heating & A/C system to split down, then it was because both of us were putting too much stress on the Heating & A/C from changing the control unit so much.
Our father was entirely furious with the lot of us & both of us were all grounded for a month because it was very expensive to have the Heating & A/C system fixed. Our father knew this problem had to be solved a single way or the other so he decided to upgrade to Heating & A/C zone control… This was some kind of blessing for all of us because the household was divided into zones & each zone had its own control unit. This made it so each of us could control our own zones with our preferred customized temperature control settings. Our parents were a lot happier when all of us were able to get along better when both of us weren’t fighting over the temperature control settings any longer. I truthfully suppose it caused everybody to form better relationships as well because both of us didn’t have all these things to confrontation about any longer, and even to this afternoon, all of us are very close & both of us often go to our parents’ lake house at least once per month to appreciate dinner as a family.
