I recently walked over to the beach condo in the afternoon and could not believe the indoor temperature was so boiling.
I knew that the thermostat was easily set to a temperature around sixty one of those of us left. It seemed to be around 80 degrees in the house. I went directly to the thermostat and found it to still be around 60 but indoor temperatures were easily around 70. It seems that coming from the sub cold decreasing at temperatures had us expecting a person to perspire even when the coat comes off. I really knew there was some trouble coming from the thermostat due to the fact that it no longer complicated with this oil furnace. I found the problem to actually be the oil furnace. I was honestly hoping it could be something simple and decided to contact someone from the local furnace repair company. Since was here for at least half of a year, I had not had a single problem with the furnace. I contacted the heating and AC place to explain exactly the problem. It took some time for the service folks to arrive to our beach house and that is when we found out that some things were wired and accurately. Even though the thermostat seem to be working, it was not functioning regularly. After having some look at the furnace as well as finding some malfunction, there was something reset in order to add an additional wire setting over to the thermostat. That seemed to help the problem, because the furnace is not working just fine.
