The heating and AC Service professional arrived and instantly began to give me a list of items that were in disrepair for the oil furnace. I easily needed to purchase a little maintenance and repair agreement in order to help it out. The old agreement seem to have at least six more weeks on it and I found it in my records and compared it. It was clear that the service and repair agreement recovered these Services. The parts list was growing and growing and that’s when I decided to contact the heating and AC dealership. It seemed that they wanted to speak with that technician on the phone very quickly. They later found out that this person was going to make all of the repairs and didn’t say much else to us about the problem or asked us for any money at all.
