Every one of us wanted to make sure that these types of services we’re done during the early winter season, so we could have the service contract cover both this year and next year during the same yearly service contract. The people I was with plus myself are no dummies, and every one of us knew exactly how we could get the most bang for all of our bucks. When the AC machine plus heat pump specialist arrived to our apartment, everyone of us talked with them about the service. They seem to believe that we needed a few items and those were part of the service repair list. Every one of us we’re surprised when they tried to sell us a second service contract. We told them this was still covered under the first one and the heating, ventilation, and AC specialist tried to argue. It’s a good thing that everyone of us keep copies of all of our transactions, because we clearly had the paperwork that proved this was still the same fiscal year plus all of these heating and AC repairs should be covered. I was certain that the guy would argue with me, but he said that he was sorry and went about his business for the rest of the day
