My friend was cleaning out an old warebeach house of theirs where they had tons of old stuff hanging around, but yes, I said warehouse! My friend is pretty well off, so can afford these kind of things… While cleaning out the warehouse, he came across a hot water boiler that had never been used.

They had some spare hot water boilers they couldn’t sell, so my friend took one, then he had no use for the hot water boiler, so that is why it ended up in his warehouse. He called me plus told me about this hot water boiler, plus asked me if I wanted it. He had known that I had been looking to substitute my boiler that I had for quite some time, so this was a option to get a brand new, never touched, plus in perfect laboring order hot water boiler! I was cheerful about this, because I was just about to spend a lot of money to buy one myself. The only thing I have to pay for now is the actual upgrade of the hot water boiler. This is going to be a bit on the extravagant side of things, however, it won’t be costing me half as much as it would have. If I had to buy the hot water boiler as planned, I would have spent many thoUSnd dollars for sure. I owe a lot to my friend for this kind gesture.
