This means that the owner of the Heating & A/C company is certainly keeping most of the labor cost, which is something that I find outrageous. I only feel that those prices are honorableif the Heating & A/C company gives the money to the people certainly doing the work, now, I am easily convinced that Heating & A/C companies are easily overcharging.
