I want to get a six pack this year

As a section of the modern year, I have been trying to knock things off on my bin list.

I have regularly wanted to see a ballet & I now have tickets for it. I am going on an international vacation this Summer too. The other thing on my bin list requires more than just a little cash thrown around. I want to have a definition in my belly. I started out saying I wanted to have a various pack. Either it is entirely difficult for ladies to get this or my body just isn’t the right style for it. I am willing to settle for having a beach ready belly. I want to look super toned in that area. Typically when I work abs I can build upper abs no problem. I get a hard square of muscle right under my boobs. I also can get the V. I get definition right along my hip/groin area. What I cannot seem to tone at all is lower abs. I looked online for various lower ab exercises & still have seen no progress. I decided that I needed to conquer this bin list item. I signed up for a gym membership with a core progression. What they do is personal training. The fitness expert works group & semi-private fitness classes. You are put in a training slot depending on your goals. I am in a group fitness class & mostly every one of us do ab & core workouts. Oddly enough, I am with all guys trying to get abs as well.
