Want to get a standing tuck this year

I used to do gymnastics all throughout school.

Once I graduated & went to school, I had to do my training on my own when I was able to.

My skills lapsed for a bit, then now that I am out of school, I have more time. I have a job from a lake house job, no girlfriend & a lake house to myself. I have plenty of time to hone my gymnastics skills. Every day of the week is dedicated to an odd element in tumbling. One day is back handSprings, the other day I do walkovers, & an odd day I do cartwheels. One day of the week is dedicated to tucks though. That is the modern trick I am toiling hard on. I can do a roundoff back tuck. I can add a back handSpring in there & do it as well. I can just do a backhandSpring & then tuck too. What I cannot do is just a standing tuck. You see a lot of shorter guys being able to do this. They have a smaller, fit body to lift over. They have the muscle however the smaller mass that makes it perfect to tuck. I am going to get this trick though. I do a whole boatload of tuck jumps & drills at home. I even signed up for a physical training class with a certified fitness expert. I am toiling the muscles that you need to have for a standing tuck. I am getting all lower body drills & ab exercises. I am thinking anything I do will help.
