My ever changing needs per season

My commercial company is quite seasonal.

Now, during certain weeks of the year, my team and I are harshly tied up and operating at maximum capacity.

At other points, my team and I minimize the labor force and sometimes close down all together. Because of the changes in our productivity, there’s a lot of changing demands. This is from lights and temperature control to water heating and security. I need to accommodate current requirements. Trying to make adjustments is upsetting and aggravating. The solution for our facility was a building automation system. The installation didn’t require ripping into walls to incorporate wires or cause any downtime, mess or destruction. The entire concept is wireless and allows for quick and simple updates to meet evolving technology. By combining the management of these key systems and connecting into a single interface, I can watch everything from anywhere at any time. I’ve also been able to implement programs that adjust and accommodate the sparse needs of our company operations. I’ve got it set so that lights go on and off, temperature raises and lowers and machines start up to be prepared when required and conserve energy during off-hours. The building automation idea has saved me so much time, money and stress. Plus, it reduces the overall use on systems which should increase reliability and service life. I’ve also included security features in the building automation idea. Putting in motion activated lights, surveillance cameras and automated door locks provides peace of mind.
