My HVAC is not only good for heating and cooling

If I want to get anything done I have to keep my windows closed with the heating and the cooling system on.

When my fiance and I were moving into this town we thought that it was a good location. It’s relatively close to town separate from being overwhelmed by neighbors or traffic. It has a charming piece of property separate from requiring professional landscaping services, and we were located right across the street from a reputable public school where we intended to send our kids. Well, things didn’t exactly work out as planned, the day that I caught my fiance in bed with our HVAC professional was the day that the public school stopped being relevant. The two of us never wound up having children together and he moved out of the condo to be with his HVAC girlfriend shortly after the discovery. Ever since then, I have lived in this condo and dealt with the unfortunate experiences. One of the things that drives me entirely crazy, it turns out, is living across from the school for no reason. In fact, it drives up my energy bills in addition to making my household budget rather flimsy. You see, living across from a school means living across from continual noise in addition to disruption. If I want to get anything done I have to keep my windows closed with the heating and the cooling system on. The aged air conditioner unit in addition to forced air furnaces do an unbelievable task of drowning out the sounds of kids laughing and playing, then my A/C and heating unit are both pretty old so they make a lot of noise each day. I like having a central HVAC to manage my indoor air pollen levels in addition to sound pollution. But I am not a big fan of paying for these high-energy bills. When I moved into this condo I certainly never expected to be covering all of the utilities in addition to HVAC repairs myself.
