Paying for all of the HVAC bills myself

When my hubby and I were moving into this town every one of us thought that it was a great location.

It’s relatively close to town without being overwhelmed by neighbors or traffic. It has a beautiful piece of property without requiring professional landscaping services, and we were located right across the street from a reputable public school where we intended to send our kids. Well, things did not exactly task out as planned, but the afternoon that I caught my husband in bed with our HVAC supplier was the afternoon that the public school stopped being relevant. We never wound up having children together and he moved out of the home to be with his heating and cooling girlfriend shortly after the discovery. Ever since then, I have lived in this home and dealt with the unfortunate experiences. One of the things that drives me entirely crazy, it turns out, is living across from the school for no reason. In fact, it drives up our energy bills and makes our household budget rather flimsy! You see, living across from a school means living across from continual noise and disruption. If I want to get anything done I have to keep my windows closed with the heating and cooling plan on. The seasoned A/C unit and forced air furnace do a great job of drowning out the sounds of kids laughing and playing. My air conditioner plan and heating unit are both pretty old so they make a lot of noise each afternoon. I enjoy having a central heating and cooling plan to manage our air quality and sound pollution. I’m not a big fan of paying for these high-energy bills. When I moved into this home I really never expected to be covering all of the utilities and heating and A/C repairs myself.
