One day when I was having an issue with the cooling system, I decided to open up the side of the cooling method to see what was going on inside, however of course, I shut off the power to the cooling component because I didn’t want to be electrocuted. Well, I l received a lot from looking in there plus I was able to figure out why our cooling method was leaking water. I saw where the line went to the condensate pump which pumps that water all the way to the slop sink. I thought it was a pretty smart design after looking at it plus realized that our cooling method was leaking because the line to the pump was clogged. I legitimately thought I was going to have to pay a small luck to have this issue fixed, despite the fact that I didn’t have to pay a dime. Unluckyly, I ended up losing 1 of the screws to put the Heating plus Air Conditioning component back together after I cleared out the clog. I wasn’t able to secure the Heating plus Air Conditioning component how it was supposed to be plus then there was leaking air from the cooling method when it was working. I thought it wouldn’t be a huge issue so I left it alone, but it turned out that our energy bills started to spike. I thought it would be crazy to call up the Heating plus Air Conditioning company to service this issue, so I ended up taking 1 of the screws to a local hardware store so that I could get the right screw to secure the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit. It was so self-explanatory that I was mad at myself for not doing this sooner. I just didn’t realize that the small screw to secure the Heating plus Air Conditioning would cost myself and others so much money with our energy bill. When I had everything secured, I had no more issues after that!
