The two of us both enjoy meeting people, so my hubby and I thought that the two of us would enjoy running a bed and dinner. The two of us wanted an old, appealing building just outside of a big city, preferably in the south. The two of us didn’t mind renovating. The two of us found about several locations that caught our interest, and easily travelled to look at several of them, which was fun, and the two of us finally found an old two story home outside a popular southern city. The two of us were cheerful. It had twelve big bedrooms, several lavatorys and a sizable home office and kitchen. But, it was in desperate need of a up-to-date Heating and Air Conditioning system. The home still used steam radiators and had no air conditioning in most of it. A few rooms had window air conditioners, which the two of us thought were tacky. So, the two of us did a little research. The two of us easily needed zone controlled heating and cooling, but the two of us had no HVAC duct. That’s when the two of us discovered the ductless mini-split air conditioning and heating system. The two of us have the residing room, kitchen, den and home office all on one mini-split plan and separate ones for each bedroom! Considering the size of the house, the ductless mini-splits weren’t as extravagant as they could have been and they were simple to install. The ductless mini-split air conditioning and furnaces are energy efficient and save us money in the long run. They were a wonderful choice for us.
