When the two of us obtained this little lake house the two of us knew it had a ductless Heating and A/C plan in it.
At the time the two of us seriously didn’t know what that meant other than the fact that it wasn’t a traditional, central heating system or central air conditioner.
Every one of us did tour the lake house prior to buying it and it was perfectly comfortable inside the home. But, to be fair, it was a easily nice day outside. Every one of us really didn’t know or like the system of this weird sort of Heating and A/C equipment. However, the two of us decided to just buy the lake house and fix up whatever the two of us didn’t like. Every one of us definitely assumed the ductless Heating and A/C plan would be 1 of those things that the lot of us would want to replace. Well, the two of us have lived in this lake house 5 years now and the group of us absolutely prefer the ductless Heating and A/C system. It saves us a lot of money each month on our electric bill, it’s quiet, and it is easier to keep clean. With traditional Heating and A/C systems you easily have to have someone come out and scrub the HVAC duct every so often. Not with a newer ductless system. Also, because it doesn’t have ducts, more of the heated or cooled air gets to the expected space instead of the loss of air you occasionally see with traditional, ducted systems. Every one of us did end up remodeling the kitchen in this lake house but the two of us are so blissful that the two of us first left the cooling plan alone.
