I met a really good buddy with whom I had gone to the same high school. She was a sweet person plus extremely intelligent! Both of us lost touch once the two of us graduated from high school. Both of us recently met at a mall plus the two of us made the move to catch up over coffee. She told me that she had just graduated school plus had mastered the engineering of heating plus cooling equipment. This definitely was the first I had heard of such a degree plus so I got curious plus asked for extra details. She explained that she was genuinely more qualified than a cooling equipment professional. She could create an entire smart Heating plus A/C from scratch. She could also perform the Heating plus A/C service plus repair any damaged HVAC components. During the warm season, she had interned at a reputable HVAC supplier plus she was looking forward to getting absorbed by the very same dealer. Both of us kept in touch plus she genuinely did get the task, she was the a/c equipment rep director. She was responsible for overseeing the operational duties of the cooling plus heating equipment dealer… It was an established air conditioning supplier that installed quality Heating plus A/C equipment such as the ductless mini split plus the hybrid Heating plus A/C equipment. She constantly seemed to witness something that was fantastic in her task on a regular basis. Like this time the novice HVAC worker had been trying to figure out a commercial a/c for a few hours while it was the programmable temperature control that needed to have the batteries replaced. They had failed the test which was on servicing quality a/c equipment. They were resilient individuals that pushed on to become the most wonderful at their tasks. Some have even gone on to be trainers where they train brand new employees. I am really proud of my buddy for being a boss in this industry that is loaded with men.
