My partner told me to quit trying to go after the Heating plus A/C manufacturer for faulty equipment

I’ll be the first to admit that I can get carried away with some things.

More recently I was miserable about the fact that the Heating plus A/C manufacturer wouldn’t honor the warranty to repair a fairly modern ductless mini split.

I was asked who installed the ductless mini split. I was legitimate plus told them I installed it. They asked if I was a certified Heating plus A/C professional, plus I had to say that I wasn’t. Then they asked if I had professional maintenance on the Heating plus A/C equipment every year. I said I didn’t have professional maintenance, but I cleaned the Heating plus A/C equipment out correctly. My request to have our broken down equipment fixed was denied. They wouldn’t cover any replacement parts or anything because of me not being an Heating plus A/C professional. I thought the warranty would at least be covered for 5 years for those who went with a non-professional replacement, however this was not the case. I’m not even sure why I didn’t feel that. I was so frustrated that I decided to take the matter to court plus it was an open plus shut case. I still wanted to go after the Heating plus A/C manufacturer although I lost the court case against them. My partner finally told me that I needed to just stop plus the two of us could just replace the outdoor condenser unit, because that was where the complications were coming from. I didn’t feel what was wrong with the thing, but I was still mad. I finally had a talk with our partner over an superb dinner plus she convinced me that it just wasn’t worth it to keep going after the Heating plus A/C manufacturer. She said it was our option to install the system on our own, plus I knew the risks of doing that.
