I am writing this article while living on the southern Spanish coast.
It’s a quiet little town I moved to a couple years ago after being tired of the pressing city life an hour away, and i can still go back there if I want some action however only seem to dread the thought of doing so. For me, pressing cities were fun when I was in our partying 20s however as I seasoned I seem to love more quiet than noise. There is also much less pollution in this village. I have an media whole-house air purifier in our flat just in case the people I was with and I have a lot of dust however as far as car plus bus pollution, there seems to be actually little. The air smells much fresher here plus I notice a lot less pollen on our railings on the outside patio. When I lived in the pressing city there was a lot of exhaust from the buses that would take off abruptly from the bus stop in front of our flat, it almost gagged myself and others sometimes it was so thick. I recognize that exhaust is not fantastic for the body plus I didn’t have any kind of air purification in that flat so I’m sure a lot of it was getting into our lungs. The local business down the street has a ppm meter they let myself and others borrow to check the air in our flat however it is mostly actually wipe when I test it. I feel our media whole-house air purifier is doing its job.
