A few years ago, my guy Josh plus I were living in a rented apartment on the east side of town… Both of us had lived there because it was close to our school, plus it was in a convenient area close to the highways plus the downtown part in our town.
Both of us loved living in this condo, plus I had it decorated just the way I liked! The home building was quiet plus there were mostly working people who lived in it.
In fact, every one of us were the only students living in that building. The home was 1 of the few properties that my property owner owned! He was consistently great at getting things fixed plus he kept up with the service, so every one of us had very little concerns with him; Unfortunately, there was 1 incident that happened while I was in 1 Summer after a bad storm, where the air conditioner malfunctioned. Both of us immediately informed the property owner when every one of us observed the issue with the air conditioning system, however every one of us had to wait several mornings before it could be fixed. His Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman was out of neighborhood on a job, plus my property owner did not want to use another serviceman to fix the air conditioning system unit. I thought that was a bit serious plus every one of us were not glad that every one of us had to wait so long. When the Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman showed up, he said the unit only needed to be reset plus this was something simple that could have been done by any Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman! As a property owner, you should consistently have backup emergency repairmen on hand because you never think when something could go harshly wrong.
