I had a horrible rental experience.
The actual rental house was amazing.
I had more than two kitchens plus a single bathroom. The floors were wood plus the venue was in great shape, and getting the landlord to do anything was awful. If she did hire work done it was the worst workers. The lake house was painted a single Summer plus the painters sprayed all over the windows. They didn’t split the bushes back or paint around them. So while in the Wintertide you could see the orange patches they just left. Not a really great task at all. The tree removal maintenance almost knocked the tree on the neighbors house. That was frightening. The worst was with the AC system. The cooling system just wasn’t providing any style of cold air. I called plus complained numerous times. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company I got sent genuinely wants NATE certified or licensed. She was just a chick with a truck plus toolbox. She knew nothing. She put refrigerant in it plus called it a day. It didn’t fix the task at all. I Called again plus heard nothing back. So I started investigating. I then realized the outdoor machine was at an angle. It just needed to be righted with brick blocks, and all that current coolant then was able to poop properly plus make the air cold again. I fixed it plus the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C worker our landlord hired didn’t, then pretty distraught right? She should have just used a real Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C business. They would have gotten the task done suddenly plus efficiently. There are plenty of great local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C businesses.
