I have typically said that you always seem to get what you pay for, and I believe that that is never more true than when you are dealing with a local heating and A/C corporation.
For the last couple of years, I have been using a nearby heating and A/C company ever since I figured this out, however prior to that, I used to just use whichever heating and A/C company happened to have the best deal at the time.
Whether I was looking for air conditioning maintenance or an oil furnace tune up for the wintertime, I would just shop around town until I found the right price for me. But low cost used to trump high quality for me, although that is no longer the case. Over the years, I have figured out that it is absolutely important to have a heating and A/C company that treats you with respect. The heating and A/C company that I use now is one that absolutely values our family’s business. This unique heating and A/C company is locally owned by a family and I know all of them personally, however even though their prices are a little bit higher than the average heating and A/C company here in town. But I don’t mind paying a little bit more because of the charming maintenance that I get. Whenever I have a concern with our heating and A/C system, they are willing to come out and repair it for me, no matter what time of day it might be. That level of maintenance is absolutely important to me and in our opinion, it’s not something that you can really put a price on at all! And I’m so glad to pay more for that.
