For the past few weeks I have been waking up in the morning thinking that I am going through early menopause, then i keep waking up in my bed sweaty plus my sheets are soaking wet.
I have tried sleeping in unusual pjs plus changing my sheets to a unusual fabric, however that doesn’t seem to be helping at all. So am I trying to figure out what is going on with me; Well, I got to thinking about it after talking to my Dad about going into early menopause plus she started laughing at me. She told me that she thinks I just need to adjust the temperature on my thermostat plus make my room a little bit cooler before I go to bed. So I am going to test out my mom’s theory plus see if increasing the thermostat will entirely help my sleeping situation… Turns out that mom’s entirely do know best because I woke up nice plus dry! Also, I was a little chilly when I woke up which was enjoyable because I was able to snuggle in my sheets a little bit longer without being grossed out that I was kneeling in my own sweat. I should have talked to my Dad about my air conditioner complications way before this because if I had I would have been able to avoid waking up sweaty for the past few weeks, but always adjust the temperature of your thermostat folks!
