My hands are finally sizzling again as I type away on my old keyboard.
- I just listened to my mom’s voice messages & particularly miss the old gal.
I think I’ll supply her a call tomorrow night & chew the fat for a bit. I want to see how she is doing & what is going on in her world with my stepdad. I am going to maybe go back there this summer time to labor on a rental cabin & try to lock in $740 a month in income from it. I manage the cabin for my Heating & Air Conditioning rep brother, who is living on the other side of the planet, & I think I can raise the rent & get a good chunk each month for managing the weather conditions controlled houses. There is the main house & a small cabin house next to it, & I think I can get $740 for my cut, which would pay my rent & utilities each month over here where I am living overseas, but then I could labor some boiler installations at the local supplier & pay for my food & spending currency each month with no problem. I will do this for another six years & after that I will get about $1000 a month in SS benefits, if they are still around! I may start up my own fireplace sales supplier if I am motivated & do that part time while I play music in my band & ride out the rest of my years in style. I hope you are having a good afternoon!
