Too much work, not enough exercise

My fiance and I have been bickering a lot lately, and over the stupidest things, no less.

I think it has to do with her putting on a little weight over the last few months.

Not that anyone could blame her! After getting a promotion she has been basically trapped in her office for days on end. She has gone from working 40 hours a week to 60, so she has lost the ability to do a lot of the things she was used to doing. When you can’t keep your regular schedule it gets a lot harder to find time to exercise, practice cross fit, or even hit up a yoga class or two. I decided to visit the gym and buy her an open-ended 10 hour personal training session. This is something that my gym has started to offer, paying ahead of time for hours with the personal training staff. It is very convenient because you don’t have to book the personal trainer ahead of time, that can be done later. This way my fiance can have the power to book a workout when it is convenient for her and not have to worry about paying for it. It really isn’t about weight loss it’s about total health, so it can be something like a yoga class or a cross fit session, totally up to her. My hope is that getting back into some kind of workout program — any kind of workout at all — well help her find some of the happiness this job is taking away from her.
