When my air conditioner stopped working, the first thing that I did was call my friend. He is an HVAC technician, and he works for one of the local HVAC technicians. Well, he used to work for one of the HVAC companies. When he came to fix my air conditioner, he quickly told me that he had been fired from his job as an HVAC technician. Obviously, he still knows how to fix HVAC units, and he has been fixing HVAC units for friends and neighbors for money until he can find a new job with a different HVAC company. While he was looking at my air conditioner, he decided to tell me the story about how he lost his job with the HVAC company. Apparently, they were working on installing some extra vents on a large house in town. The man who owned the house was building a huge addition on to the house, and he was getting a new HVAC unit and was installing some ducts and vents to make sure that his new addition was warm. He was in the attic installing the HVAC units when his foot slipped. He fell through the ceiling and onto the floor below. The owner of the home was there when my friend fell through, and he quickly called the owner of the HVAC company. Falling through the ceiling is a huge problem, and it costs a lot of money to fix. The owner of the house was so mad that he decided to not continue working with the HVAC company, and the owner of the HVAC company blamed my friend, who he quickly fired.
