Usually though, so long as all the insulation and weather stripping in your home is perfect and in place, you should always be able to get the most perfect temperature control without question. My house had some bad insulation problems. It was in fact the point of my central heating and air conditioning system not working properly that tipped me off to it. But after I fixed everything, it was all good once again and I had the most perfect temperature control. So take my word for it.
