Meditation is honestly one of the best forms of healing in the world. I actually stumbled upon meditation when I decided to purchase a fireplace. There was something entirely relaxing and mesmerizing about watching the flames and listening to the crackling flames. This is when I decided to start meditating and I felt better than ever after doing this a few times. I then was interested in learning more about various meditation techniques. I came to learn that it was most beneficial when you were perfectly relaxed and were able to think of nothing. It’s actually more difficult to do than you would expect, so you have to put some focus energy into it. I find it’s extremely helpful to do this while relaxing in front of your fireplace. If you can’t afford to get a real wood burning fireplace, you should consider going for one of those faux fireplaces. Then perhaps you can play some fire crackling music and then you might be able to trick your mind into believing you are in front of a real fireplace. It’s just a suggestion. Anyways, I have gotten so good with my meditation and I even make sure to adjust the temperature control settings to the perfect settings during my sessions with my smart thermostat so that I don’t have to get up while relaxing. I also love to burn incense and sometimes I use oil warmers for frankincense. These certainly help with your meditation process as they are relaxing. It’s also a good idea to use essential oils in your oil warmer.
