One of the worst things you can possibly do in life is not acting when you need to. I have done this one quite a few occasions. Sometimes I feel so overwhelmed and my response is to just put everything out of my mind and do nothing. While it may be true that ignorance is bliss, it certainly isn’t blissful when you come back to reality. When you get those bills paid late and then get the late fees, those are not very pleasant. When you fail to pay those parking tickets on time, they hit you hard with that. When you don’t pay attention to those overdraft fees, those are horrible. What’s really bad is when you skip out on that important HVAC system maintenance. Not keeping up with that, you will pay massive repair bills for a broken down HVAC system. The way it works is that your HVAC system will start to develop small issues that regular maintenance will solve. If you don’t get that crucial HVAC system maintenance those, the small issues will become big issues. The bigger the issue, the more the price will be to have everything fixed. In some cases with highly neglected HVAC systems, you might even have to replace the entire HVAC system. That’s a worst case scenario, and that actually happened to me! I got so bad that I didn’t even change my air filters and kept adjusting the temperature control settings as I normally do. I drove my HVAC system into the ground and basically choked it to death. The system ended up overheating and I had no choice but to replace the whole thing due to a cracked heat exchanger. Trust me, it’s not worth it to go into inaction with crucial things like HVAC system maintenance.
