Analyzing data is very important

What good is using tech if you aren’t able to use the data you get from it? We are surrounded by PCs, Macs, tablets, cellphones, onboard PCs in cars, and in every case these machines are pretty much always collecting data on us.

The game is pretty much all about the data; collecting it, sharing it, selling it, it is the greatest, most fancy commodity in the world as we know it.

There are a lot more uses for it than commercialization and sales, believe it or not, and I have an analytics corporation that exists only to help people use data in a better way. A smart building is a very nice example of this, because it may have tons of computers all connected in a massive network. Every single aspect of the smart building collects data, but it collects so much data that you have to filter it to find what you are looking for! I happen to work in corporation intelligence analytics, which helps create filters to apply to your data. It truly is a lot more helpful than you’d think. By using my non-proprietary open protocol I can apply any amount of requirements to the data search, and get you, the numbers for temperature control usage between certain hours for instance. What I care about doing is taking a data dump from a smart building central CPU and moving it on over to a cloud based system where the people I was with and I can freely check everything out. With the way more and more smart buildings are coming online, I do believe that my corporation intelligence analytics idea is going to be doing incredibly well in the years to come.
