My HVAC system wasn’t working last month and the temperature outside was still really cold. I decided that even though spring was still around the corner, I still needed to go ahead and get the furnace repaired anyway. I mean, I didn’t want to have to pay for a furnace repair when the weather was heating up, but I also didn’t want to worry about saving up for the furnace repair all summer long, either. Of course, it would have to be done at the exact same time that I also needed to pay for an air conditioner tune-up, too. I try to pay cash for everything that I possibly can, just so that I won’t have a bunch of credit card bills coming up every month. But since I was going to have to have a furnace repair bill to pay I decided to just go ahead and wait on the air conditioner tune-up until later on. I’m actually glad about my decision because the heating technician that they sent out to the house was super good looking and friendly. He was also smart, which is a huge thing for me. Whenever he came to fix the heating system for me, we ended up talking the whole time that he was working on the furnace. By the time he finished with the heating system repair, I had already decided that I wanted to go out with this guy. I was glad that I decided to fix the furnace and not the air conditioning because he told me that he doesn’t actually do A/C repairs.
