Realtor says get a new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C and she was right

I tend to get a bit defensive when I sense an attack on me or my family.

Well, I suppose that also goes for the family lake apartment and the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component as well. After a few years of back and forth, my wife and I decided it was best to put the family lake apartment on the market. The real estate market is just on fire around here. This was sort of the tipping point in our decision making. But we had been talking about it for years. So when the realtor came in to list the house, she honestly sort of just started ripping our home. Again, I can be a bit sensitive to any sort of insult about anyone or anything that I love. And I honestly got my nose out of joint even when she said we needed new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. I had made sure that our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device got the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service it needed every single year since we replaced it. And it wasn’t even 15 years old yet. It still had plenty of life in it. So I pushed back defensively and sort of caught the realtor off guard. I guess she realized that while she was doing her task, she might be a bit more respectful. I simply stated that we would not be replacing the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit. The next time she came back, she was a lot different. This time there was more of a respectful tone. She also brought with her all sorts of comps and other data that proved the point about selling a apartment with older Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. I saw the light and go on board with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device replace.
