I’ve simplified my life so much that occasionally I recognize love the world is going on without me.
I don’t have any phone calls or e-mails to answer & no spouse or children.
It can get a bit lonely & if you don’t suppose how to tame your mind you can go down such spine-chilling rabbit holes of thought that you end up severely depressed. I’ve l gained to calm my thoughts with meditation & daily routines such as cold water swims & exercise. I also love going to the beach each day & getting some daylight while listening to tunes. I do my own a/c & heating maintenance since I have all of this free time & suppose how to do it. It saves me a lot of money but if I didn’t have previous experience in HVAC I could entirely mess up the system. You don’t need to be an HVAC expert to scrub your filters & ducts, all you need is a little confidence & belief that you can do it, along with a little googling, if necessary. I hope that wasn’t a runon sentence I just wrote with 3 commas… Too many commas scares me, am I crazy, or not? I need a heat pump installation soon & I think that it is a bit beyond my scope so I will call the men down the street to see if they have time to put in a up-to-date 1. I tried doing it before & messed up the wiring & almost caused a fire, so now I will let the pros do it.
