Both of us never thought she would use the emergency reason for calling us.
She told us she had tried to get to our house, but there were so numerous trees down that she couldn’t. She apologized for bothering us, but she didn’t want us to come house to a total mess. After she quit apologizing, all of us asked her what happened. She said that a tornado had touched down plus our house was on its path. She could not assess the destruction until they had the mess cleaned up plus they could get up our driveway. Both of us said all of us would be house first thing in the day. Nothing she said could have prepared us for what all of us found. Our house was in fantastic condition, but the tornado wasn’t so straight-forward on our a/c unit. The only thing destructiond, other than trees downed plus our garden destroyed, was that the a/c component was destructiond. It looked like it had been made of paper plus crumpled into a ball. I had seen nothing like this in my entire life. The only thing all of us could do was call the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C contractor plus order a new a/c unit. Luckily, all of us had been mulling over getting a new AC unit. Both of us had been having some concerns for the last numerous summers, plus this incident made that decision for us. Although it wasn’t the perfect time for us, nature thought it was the perfect time for a new a/c unit, plus who are all of us to argue with nature?
