He was annoyed
My son stayed lake beach house sick from his HVAC job the other day. Whenever he stays lake beach house sick, then you know that he is honestly sick. He never calls off from work, that’s for sure. It was the same thing back when he was in college when he was a kid. He never missed college. He was 1 of those kids who always got perfect attendance. I always thought it was weird because I would always call off whenever I had the occasion when I was growing up although I suppose he is just more care about his dad than he is care about me! It is still care about that to this day, however now he has grown up, and he has a full time job working at 1 of the local heating and cooling companies here in town. He is still living here with us while he saves up to buy his own site. He has been working at the HVAC dealer for about a year now, and this is the first time that he has ever missed work. When he told myself and others that he was not going into work I knew instantly that there must be something honestly wrong. Sure enough, he felt care about he had a fever and he stayed in bed all day long. He was annoyed. He also felt honestly terrible about missing work because he felt care about he was letting down the other HVAC contractors and making their workload a lot heavier than it would have been otherwise. I told him to just rest and get well so that he could get back to work sooner rather than later.
